We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.We love this village and it's surrounding area. When you need to escape the world and take a breath, come and spend some time here.

We are willing to rent our house to you. We only ask that you treat it with the respect it deserves, and hope you will love it as much as we do.

There is one bedroom on the 1st floor, and the TV room on the ground floor doubles as a 2nd bedroom. Casa Adela is ideal for 4 adults to share. There is however a small room adjoining the 1st floor bedroom (see below). This room is very small. It can cosily sleep 2 children if required to do so. For this reason the house is equipped for 6.

The Andalucian village of Albanchez is tucked away in a valley,nestled in the Sierra De Los Filabres. It overlooks the mountains and Almond and Lemon groves. If you are looking for something other than your average apartment holiday, away from the noise and bustle of the coastal resorts, then look no further. Yet Albanchez is only approximately 40 minutes from the beaches of Garrucha and Mojacar.

This old village house is located at the bottom of a quiet street, and is within walking distance of all the village amenities.

From the east facing roof terrace you can enjoy the sun all day, and with an average of only 15 days rain per year, there's plenty of sun to be had!

The holiday accommodation comprises of the following:

		The living area is centered by a fire place with wood burning stove. There is a radio and CD player for your use, together with a selection of music. In this area you will also find an information folder. This folder has a map of the village and directions to some of its amenities, together with other information you may find useful.
		The dining area leads you to an archway under the stairs to the kitchen. There is a cooker, toaster, microwave, fridge / freezer, automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience. Spare fold away dining chairs are located under the stairs. Stress free cooking requires a wide range of pots, pans and utensils. We aim to please - you wont be disappointed here! There is also enough crockery and cutlery for 12 settings. The TV room doubles as a bedroom at night. There is a very comfortable sofa bed, and a heavy curtain for extra
		privacy. The TV has a built in video, and is on a mobile stand so can easily be moved into the living room if you wish. Unlike most rooms with a sofa bed, this one has a proper wardrobe. Built in above the TV, it is fully fitted with shelves and hanging space for clothes. It even houses a safe.
		There is enough bedding and towels for 6 people. We have even provided separate sun bathing towels and washable pillows for use on the roof terrace. The W. C. and shower room is situated on the ground floor. The gas fired water heater provides hot water on demand all day, so there's no need to worry about cold showers! The 1st floor bedroom has shuttered glass double doors opening onto a small veranda. As is traditional, the venetian blind is on the outside of the room, this allows you to have fresh air and shade to keep the room cool.
		This twin bedded room has a wardrobe with drawers under. We have also provided hair driers in both bedrooms. The spare room is a walk way into this twin bedded room. The cupboards house clean towels, sheets, pillow cases etc. On the wall is a map of Almeria with Albanchez highlighted to help you find your way around the area. There is a selection of fiction and non fiction together with puzzle books on the shelves. There are also a few board games in the living room. Every room has a portable electric radiator for use on those cooler winter and spring

		evenings. The covered cushions in the spare room are made of mattress grade fire retardant foam. They can be laid out on the floor to make two very good sized beds. As we have said before, Casa Adela is ideally suited for 4 people. However it is amply equipped for 6 just in case. We have tried to give Casa Adela a real home from home feeling. No stone has been left unturned when thinking of what you need to make a self catering holiday pleasurable for all.
